How will I receive my tickets/vouchers?
Physical tickets will be delivered to the address provided. Electronic tickets will be sent to the email provided when the booking was made.
How can I found out the definitive date for an event?
There are different rules depending on the event. As a general rule, concerts and Champions League matches have a fixed date and time, while league and cup matches may be moved to the day before/after the indicated date. We recommend consulting our website two weeks before the event for the definitive date and time of each event.
When will I receive my tickets?
Deliveries may be made at any time from when the booking is made up to 22:00 on the evening before the event.
What happens if I buy a package with tickets for an event which is then cancelled?
If the event is cancelled we’ll refund the part of the package that corresponds to the tickets. Any other services will continue to be available.
What happens if I buy a package with tickets for an event which is postponed?
If the event is postponed, your tourist package remains valid and we cannot cancel it. That said, if you cannot attend the event on the new date, we will endeavour to offer the services you have purchased to other clients and thereby recover as much of the payment as possible.
I have received printed tickets. Is this right?
Yes, it’s fine. Today, with technological advances, tickets often come in PDF format, which can be printed from any printer, even in black and white.
How can I get my tickets if my hotel is outside of the city?
In this case, you should provide us with the location of the hotel in the observations section and we will offer you an economic and effective solution.
We have purchased two tickets. Will we be seated together?
In all packages with event tickets, seating in pairs is guaranteed . If this is not the case, it will be specified when the booking is made.
There are three of us and we want to sit together. Is that possible?
In this case, send us an email and we’ll do what we can to make this possible. In many of the matches we can offer 3, 4 and even 5 seats together.
Is what you charge for the ticket the actual ticket price?
The product we sell is not just the ticket, but rather a tourist package that includes a series of services such as the delivery of tickets to your hotel, entry to a museum, a souvenir, map of the city, food voucher, etc. In some events, therefore, depending on supply and demand factors, we reserve the right to set the prices of our packages.
Do adult and children’s tickets have the same price?
For most events there is no difference in price. If there is a difference, this will be specified when the booking is made.
Is it safe to pay by credit card on this website?
Yes. When payment is made, all data is entered in a secure environment on your bank’s Virtual POS server and is beyond the responsibility of this website. This means your information cannot be handled and no one can have access to it.
Is there an option to cancel services that have been purchased once the booking has been completed?
No. Although depending on the service and how far in advance notification is given we may be able to offer a percentage in compensation. To find out about our cancellation policy, read the section “General Terms and Conditions”.
